Release Webinar: priint:suite 2026/1

On June 2, 2026, we invite you to join our upcoming webinar dedicated to the priint:suite 2026/1 release - a major step forward in collaboration, workflow transparency, and system architecture. In this session, Christian Stocker, Product Owner, will walk you through the key innovations and explain how they translate into tangible benefits for your publishing and product communication processes.

One of the central highlights of the new release is the introduction of a comprehensive messaging concept, enabling both application-to-application and user-to-user communication within the priint:suite. A built-in mailbox and annotation-based messages allow teams to communicate directly in context, supported by flexible notification options. This significantly improves collaboration across departments and reduces friction in complex production workflows.

With priint:suite 2026/1, process transparency is further enhanced through the return of process history in Neowise. Users can now easily trace workflow steps and decisions, creating greater clarity and control over ongoing and completed processes.

From a technological perspective, the biggest change will be the migration from Camunda 7 to CIB 7 as the new backbone for BPMN workflows. Since the Community Version of Camunda has come to an end, CIB 7 will ensure a future-proof, stable workflow foundation aligned with enterprise requirements.

In addition, the webinar will cover a range of UI improvements designed to streamline daily work and enhance usability, as well as the new support for Azure Blob Storage, which expands deployment flexibility and cloud integration options for enterprise environments.

Join this webinar to get a first-hand look at what’s new in priint:suite 2026/1, understand the strategic direction of the platform, and learn how the latest enhancements can support more efficient, transparent, and collaborative publishing workflows.
