From Local to Global: Scalable Publishing at Knauf
This case study outlines Knauf's journey from a locally fragmented publishing landscape to automated, globally scalable production - implemented with the priint:suite in cooperation with the priint Group and Laudert.
The end result: harmonized templates and processes that combine the newly introduced global branding with local relevance and ensure consistent publications across markets and entities.
The focus is on practical lessons learned about governance, roles and acceptance that paved the way from a patchwork quilt to scaling.
