Bridging the Gap Between Generative Hype and Agentic Reality
The enterprise world is currently operating at two speeds. On the surface, Generative AI has revolutionized the "front-end" of work, democratizing content creation and rapid prototyping. Yet, beneath thesurface lies the next frontier: Agentic AI, the autonomous networks designed to execute, reason, and solve complex workflows without constant human handholding.
This panel brings together leaders from across the AI ecosystem to discuss the growing discrepancy between these two worlds. We will explore the "trust gap" in the modern workplace and the structuralchallenges of moving from AI that assists to AI that acts.
Our experts will debate about the interface vs. the engine and why the industry is obsessed with "chatting" when it should be focused on "doing." Also they will focus on workplace friction and how to manage a workforce caught between creative GenAI speed and the rigorous demands of Agentic integration. Last but not least let’s do the ROI Reality Check and have a look behind the "shiny object" phase to build a cohesive AI strategy that links front-facing creativity with back-end autonomy.
