That's a Wrap! Reflecting on Akeneo Unlock 2022

A total of three days at Akeneo have come to an end with many exciting innovations!

The priint team had three phenomenal days in Paris at the Akeneo Unlock 2022 event. Our days were filled with many great talks, presentations and the exciting launch of the Akeneo App Store. Many thanks to our partner Akeneo for the exclusive Partner Day and the other two event days that were a tremendous success.

We began Partner Day with our presentation in the Developer Track. Thomas Aucouturier from our team presented the talk, "From Connector to App". He showed the attendees the evolution from our API-based datasheet service to a comprehensive app for Akeneo and gave helpful insights into the development process as well as valuable aspects of the opportunities for customers that arise from this evolution, such as the priint Akeneo app.

We are honored and pleased to be one of the first apps on the brand new Akeneo App Store. With this new option to extend the functionality of the Akeneo PIM, it’s easy for customers to integrate our Akeneo datasheet service into their Akeneo. With the new app, the connection from the Akeneo PIM to the datasheet service is done with just a few simple clicks.

With the Akeneo data sheet service, companies do not need any design or software knowledge, as the data sheet service provides a selection of data sheet templates for users. Additionally, these templates have the option to also be customized as needed.

The pinnacle of the event for us was the panel discussion, "Embracing Omnichannel" on the main stage. The discussion was led by Lisa Maske, VP of Business Operations at Akeneo, and together with Jorrit Steinz from ChannelEngine and Alexey Pronin from Spryker Systems, our priint CEO Horst Huber presented a real-life example on our customer, Remmers, and how they have achieved a great omnichannel experience.
