Holistic organization of publications

The communication output that marketing has to provide is constantly increasing. To manage this challenge, standardized, automated and scalable processes are required. As a web-based component for collaboration and management of publications, priint:planner helps to manage and monitor print publications and makes the publishing process secure and scalable.

Preparation of publications

The creation process for print touchpoints is supported holistically: From content compilation, rendering and correction/updating of documents to data distribution of generated InDesign or PDF documents.

Thanks to the collaboration functions, external agencies and media service providers can also be integrated into the creation process.

  • Compilation of publication content
  • Powerful functions for language and market adaptations
  • Creating print-specific content (channel enrichment)
  • Seamless and consistent web-based work

Distributed working

Thanks to the collaboration functions, external agencies and media service providers can also be integrated into the creation process. A flexible system of roles and rights clearly regulates internal and external competencies and responsibilities right from the start.

  • Collaboration with external service providers
  • Comprehensive role and rights system
  • Digital annotation and correction process

Management & Control

The priint:planner contains a document manager that manages metadata and complex publications. Checking of individual process steps and content takes place in the priint:planner "with one click" based on pre-defined business rules.

During the entire creation process, task-centered workflows define and monitor each individual process step and automatically trigger individual jobs. The entire production monitoring and control system combines all workflow aspects into monitoring cockpits. A visual status check is performed in the browser.

These combined features make the priint:planner the ideal tool for organizing and monitoring the publication process in its entirety.
