Job Summary

You will be an integral member of an agile scrum team responsible for writing, executing, analyzing and testing our software products, in order to build scalable applications across all digital channels to serve our customers. You will be responsible for taking a software quality and customer view of software solutions so that the developers can build high quality applications to meet the needs of the product vision. You and the team will be involved in every aspect at part of the SDLC process from idea generation, business analysis, UX design and rigorous testing against industry standards for quality assurance traceability and compliance. You will provide the technical acumen needed to develop and execute test automation code as a part of on-going regression testing standards. You are expected to participate in refining the CICD process, code review the code, and engage in manual testing.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Completed training or a degree in the IT sector
  • Willingness to work in an agile development organization (Scrum)
  • Sound knowledge of script programming, ideally in Groovy
  • Knowledge of test automation, ideally with QF-Test by Quality First Software (https://www.qfs.de/)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • High awareness of quality and personal commitment
  • Large degree of initiative, pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Sense of responsibility and flexibility, teamwork
