Your responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, the Project Manager plays a central role in driving national and international projects within a creative and dynamic environment. This position involves independent oversight of the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept through to final acceptance—while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, service providers, and partners.

The role requires strong organizational capabilities to manage timelines, control budgets, and ensure the smooth execution of all project phases. Presentations to clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers must be delivered with professionalism and impact. In addition, the Project Manager provides strategic consultation on conceptual matters, contributing to the development of innovative and effective solutions.

Close collaboration with internal teams—including service and development departments—is essential to achieving successful outcomes. The ability to proactively identify project risks and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies is a critical component of this role.

Your qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position brings several years of experience in project management or software development, preferably within the print publishing sector or in similarly structured projects. Familiarity with publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign, as well as technical knowledge of XML, HTML, and database systems like Oracle or MySQL, is considered an asset.

A solid understanding of project methodologies and project controlling is essential, along with practical experience in business processes across industries such as technical wholesale, mail order, or manufacturing. Proficiency in written and spoken English is expected.

A high level of commitment, willingness to travel, and strong quality awareness are important characteristics for this role. Initiative, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills support the ability to assume responsibility within a team and ensure the successful execution of complex projects.
